Interview guide template

Using an interview guide is one part of reducing an interviewer’s unconscious bias. It helps ensure that all candidates in a group are asked the same set of questions and are evaluated on the same set of criteria.

This is a Google Doc template that I developed with other supervisors for interviewing candidates at 18F. You can open, duplicate, and edit it to use for your own team’s interviews.
